Magdalena Espinoza Condor
Executive Director Magdalena is a public-affairs specialist with over 21 years of indigenous-outreach experience, building trusting relationships with inhabitants across all OV operating regions. Fluent in Spanish and Quechua, Magdalena plays a vital role in ensuring social compliance, cultural sensitivity and long-term engagement with local communities.
Luis Antonio Huamani Espinoza
Executive Director Peruvian-born, bilingual professional who spent 15 years maintaining heavyduty mining fleets before moving into finance. Now a three-year accounting specialist with seven years of business management experience, Luis pairs hands-on technical insight with disciplined financial oversight. He is valued for his honesty, loyalty, and tireless work ethic.
Cesar A. Garay Rojas
Senior Mining Engineer Former Minister of Energy and Mines in Peru and a veteran mining engineer with decades of industry and government experience. A graduate of the National University of Central Peru, César has managed both public and private mining operations. He brings deep technical expertise and regulatory insight to the team
